Refund Policy
Effective: March 15, 2026
Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your SleepMantra Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. When you cancel:
- Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period.
- You will not be charged again after cancellation.
- Your account reverts to the free tier when the billing period ends.
- Your mantras and cached audio are preserved on the free tier (subject to free tier limits for new content).
Refund Eligibility
We offer refunds in the following cases:
- Within 7 days of first subscription: Full refund, no questions asked.
- Technical issues: If a technical problem on our end prevents you from using Pro features for a significant portion of your billing period, contact us for a prorated refund.
- Accidental charges: If you were charged after cancellation due to a billing error, we will issue a full refund.
Non-Refundable
- Partial-month usage after the 7-day window (you keep access until the end of the billing period).
- Dissatisfaction with AI-generated content quality (voices, mantras) after the 7-day trial window.
How to Request a Refund
Email support@sleepmantra.net with your account email and reason for the request. We aim to process refunds within 5-10 business days.
Free Tier
The free tier is always free. No payment information is required to useSleepMantra on the free tier.
